About the company
Elite Agro Cooperative Limited is an established trader and processor of Tanzania agricultural commodities.
We specialize in sourcing, processing & packaging and export of different crops including Dried Cassava Chips & Pods, Cashew Nuts, Groundnuts, Sesame, Chickpeas, Peas, White Maize, Beans and Spices.
We also sell diverse range of agriculture machinery such as tractors, combine harvesters, rotavators, disc plough, threshers, tillers and trailers.

Our Experience
Elite Agro Cooperative key senior management staff has at least +20 years of experience in project management in developing countries and +40 years of experience in building farmer community level developing farmer owned seed and marketing systems in Tanzania. Elite Agro Cooperative is established to continue its work and experience in marketing farmer-owned commodities internationally and locally.

8 years experience on strong decision making, action planning, and prioritization skills. 2 years of project management experience in international organisations
Responsible for Business Development, Marketing, Financial and Sales Department, Company Representation, Reporting and overall management and coordination.
Allan Leo
Director of Operations
Holder of BA (Hons) – Bachelor in Business Accounting & Finance from Staffordshire University, UK.
6 years experience in operations and administration in different corporate organizations.
Directs and coordinates the internal structure of the organization based on policies, goals and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently.
Alexandru Lemnaru
Technical Director
Professional agriculturalist with Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Glasgow University UK, Post Graduate Diploma in Tropical Agriculture at Bashkir State University in Russia.
+14 years in Championing small holder farmers linkages to Markets and technology through providing technical assistance in Agricultural International development in Africa and Asia.
Responsible for agricultural technical aspects of the business on seed and grain value chain development and partnerships and assisting with proposals for business development.
Zainab Nazir
Business Development Manager
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Public Relations from Mount Kenya University.
8 years of experience in public relations and customer satisfaction/relationship build in corporate strategies.
Responsible for reporting and overall management and coordination.
Angelrose Emmanuel Mgallah
Human Resource Manager
Holder of BA – Bachelor in Human Resource Management from Mzumbe University Morogoro Main Campus.
2 years of experience in human resource and customer service management.
Responsible for human resource administration and customer service management.
Salum Ally
Office Assistant
Holder of Diploma in Business Administration from College of Business Education, Main Campus – Dar es Salaam.
4 years of experience in sales activity from corporate organizations.
